Thank you very much for a real good stay for business trip. Highly courteous staff and convenient and incredible location make it a great choice! We could get to a main station easily, it's short walk from the hotel.

Overall a VERY VERY GOOD stay for business trip. Fairly clean hotel with convenient and ideal location in Kobe near the centre of eating & shopping, convenient to all transportation and the center of Kobe near shops. Savoury breakfast with lots of delicacies and respectful staff.

Very comfortable hotel. Last weeks I stayed in several different hotels in Japan, but only in this hotel it was possible to use (wired) internet connection without any technical or language problems by my own portable computer in the hotel room.

Stuff is friendly, it may be small but it's clean. Free coffee although I didn't have any. It is smack right in the middle of a 'restaurant district' hence, we don't have to struggle with getting a reasonably priced meal. It is within walking distance from SOGO, cable car, waterfall (which I didn't get to go because my trip was too short, I am to be blamed of course and if one is not too fussy, we can do all our shopping under one roof.

The only problem which unfortunately for most 3rd culture individuals like myself is I cannot get internet connection as long as I am in my room. The only internet connection is at the lobby. To me, no Japanese hotels should lack such facilities because they are supposed to be pretty advance in technology. Stereo-typing or complimenting? It all depends on perspectives isn't it?
